Do you write my website copy too?
I am not a copywriter, and for us to finish your website in the time frame you have booked, your website copy will need to be completely ready to go before we get started. If you don’t want to do it yourself with my DIY guide and would like a recommendation for a copywriter, let me know and I can give you some names of some great copywriters!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, but only for the Total Branding & Website packages. Which is 50% deposit & 50% before site migration. Otherwise, I require a 100% payment to book your Refresh, Small Biz Start-up & Audit Experiences to save your date.
What platform do you use to create your websites?
I work exclusively with WordPress (self-hosted, not .com) for all of my websites. If WordPress scares you, don’t worry! I won’t be using code to build your website; you will be able to easily update and make changes to it if you need to. I will send you a training video to show you how.
Are there any other costs involved?
You will need to purchase a domain and hosting if you have not already done so. I am happy to help you with this and can get you a discount on my favorite hosting service. Also, you will need to purchase your Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions + any others that may suit your site needs. Just let me know if you need my help!
